			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>EziAuthor is a CBT development shell that allows rapid and therefore cost effective development of training courseware for complex billing systems in the telecommunications and utilities industries.</p>
<p>The EziAuthor programming shell allows for the development of training solutions for delivery via CD-ROM, intranet, or internet.</p>
<p>Training modules may be used in a formal training laboratory situation or delivered direct to the learner’s desktop workstation. This flexibility allows an EziAuthor-developed training suite to mesh effortlessly with your staff development planning.</p>
<p>The important features of the EziAuthor system, however, are not apparent to the end user of the training software.</p>
<p>This system has enabled Innovex to demonstrate that it is possible to overcome the two principal disadvantages of CBT in the area of billing system training; cost and maintainability.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Developed by Innovex and Produced by QuickLearn MultiMedia for the Education Dept of Western Australia and Chidley Educational Centre, &#8216;Diagnosing Reading Difficulties&#8217; is a further development of a project developed for Assoc. Prof. Bruce Shortland-Jones at Curtin University, Western Australia in 1993.</p>
<p>The current version of &#8216;DRD&#8217; is a complete diagnosis and remediation kit in one application for primary and secondary students. The package contains video clips of two example students performing a number of diagnostic reading tasks.</p>
<p>&#8216;DRD&#8217; allows users to place the subject student on a continuum of reading development to gauge their progress.</p>
<p>Students&#8217; progress may also be compared to a set of standard Australian reading outcome statements.</p>
<p>Finally there is a facility for the teacher to develop a teaching plan for the individual student. This may be printed and saved out.</p>
